RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If you receive your package and it’s not what you expected, wayuulifestyle will happily do a return or exchange. Please read below for instructions on returns and exchanges:

 

Returns

Returns will be accepted if the return package is sent within thirty (30) days of the date the item was originally mailed to you. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including: all boxes/cases, polybags, all tags attached, etc) and original condition (items have not been: used, altered, washed or damaged). If you receive a damaged/defective product you must notify us within 7 days of receipt or your return will not be accepted. We’ll process your refund quickly once we receive the merchandise back in new condition. Here’s how it works:

  • Please email wayuulifestyle@gmail.com and include your order number, the best way to contact you, and the reason you want to return your product.

  • Buyer is responsable for returning shipping fees.

  • Please insure your return package. If something goes down with the mailing system, we will not be responsible for covering any lost or damaged items during return shipping. You will have to take it up with your carrier.

When you purchased your item, we paid credit card, processing and shipping fees. In order to cover costs and still be able to take care of awesome customers like you, these fees will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Items marked as . FINAL SALE or PROMOTION are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange for a different product, here’s how it works:

 

  • Your item must be in new condition.

  • You’re responsible for any shipping costs to get the item back to us. We’ll make things fair and pay the shipping costs for shipping your replacement item back to you.

  • We will make sure that you are refunded any difference in price.

  • If the new item you acquired is more expensive than the one you returned, we will also charge you for the balance of your order.

  • Please note that delivery outside of Colombia, may be subject to local import taxes,unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
